Service Description
Group writing therapy for healing classes offers the comfort in knowing you are not alone in your journey. Although healing is different for everyone, group classes offer shared experiences and establishes community and connection as it relates to exploring trauma. This group meets once a week for approximately 2 hours for 5 weeks. There will be in-class writing assignments and "homework."
